
A Bit About Therapy
My approach is flexible, collaborative and extremely supportive using a strengths based perspective in an empathic and non-judgmental environment–and I have built my practice on these principles (a little humor doesn’t hurt either). Whether you are battling depression, struggling with anxiety, going through a career change, relationship challenges or need someone to “just listen,” I provide an environment where you feel valued and heard while offering encouragement, support and some objective–yet caring feedback. I believe you have all the tools you need to achieve change; my role is to help you discover those tools and tap in to your own personal gift of insight.

Services I Offer
Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2011, I have provided clients in the Boston area a wide range of psychological and counseling services to suit their needs. I am accepting new clients for Thursday in-person appointments and other days for virtual sessions. . I accept Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna and Tufts insurance and private payment.

Individual Therapy
What to expect: in my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized individual therapy beneficial and inspirational.
